Abstract

The connection of law with tradition acts as a marker of its stability and, at the same time, contributes to the rigidity of law-making and law enforcement activities. The challenges of the 21st century actualize legislative innovations, which often go beyond the existing legal understanding. Identifying these innovations and identifying promising ways to modernize legislation is an important task for researchers. One of these promising innovations is the constitutional guarantees of providing qualified legal assistance to legal entities, along with individuals.
