Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the dynamics of real and nominal wages as an indicator of economic well-being in Russia. The main objective of the study is to identify the relationships between changes in nominal and real wages in the context of inflation and price changes, as well as to assess the impact of social and economic factors. The work uses time series analysis methods that allow us to understand the nature of wage changes and their relationship with socio-economic processes. The main results of the study show that the dynamics of wages is an important indicator of the standard of living and social inequality, and regional and industry differences affect the level of income. The authors note the need to develop a state policy aimed at reducing the social gap and raising the standard of living in the regions of Russia. The article presents an analysis of the mechanisms for generating incomes of the population, which can serve as a basis for developing recommendations for improving social policy and increasing the economic well-being of citizens.
