Abstract
The article explores the organizational and economic mechanism with a high component of innovative activity for the implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) projects in the space industry. The author draws attention to the outflow of foreign capital and highly qualified specialists from Russia, and proposes to use public-private partnerships for the sustainable development of the country and intensification of innovation activities. The article emphasizes that the integration of public and private enterprises in the space industry will allow them to combine their resources, overcome industry problems and reduce the costs of producing space products. The importance of granting rights to use state infrastructure, preferential lending to small and medium-sized businesses, marketing activities and improving industrial management within the framework of the organizational and economic mechanism is also discussed.
