Abstract

The practical application of quality management models and methods using scientifically based rules and principles, methods of control and evaluation of leather and shoe production involves the collection and registration, storage and analysis of a large number of key features and parameters during the observation of phenomena, processes and objects. Monitoring at all stages of the life cycle of leather and footwear products ensures that all subjects of the multidimensional organizational structure of production cooperation (external and internal users) have access to the source data, methods and measurement results of its qualitative characteristics, consumer satisfaction, creates conditions for continuous improvement. Based on the prediction of trends in the impact of Industry 4.0, the practice of digitalization of the real sector of the economy, the development of technologies of self-learning neural networks, there is a need to adapt quality monitoring systems of objects and processes of mass production to specific factors.
