Abstract

Background The most part of the oil fields in the Bashkortostan Republic are on the last stage of development. The long service experience of such wells is usually characterized by steady state production, high water cut, lots of overhaul works and repairs and the whole systems aging. The wells durability depends on the geological structure of the reservoir, depth, fittings quality and production conditions. One of the main factors influencing the wells durability is the deviation angle. Moreover, in the last stages of the field development the production periods structure also influences the service life of the well. Aims and Objectives To determine the rate of dependence between oil production periods structure and the service life of the directional wells. To determine the periods for each well and to summarize the data. To note the significant period of exploitation of the deviated wells. Methods The analysis of the oil production periods through all the operation time of the deviated wells with the maximal inclination 1,5…53,0 deg. Results There were provided the analysis and comparison of the production periods structure of the different wells of Arlanskoe field. The wells service life is virtually divided into periods: waterless, initial water flooding and oil production in complicated conditions, production of the oil with the high water cut, oil production with the high content of hydrogen sulfide. The analysis of such wells showed the necessity of periods specialization in the process of well operation. Conclusion It is revealed that duration of the each well service period and the wells inclination influence on the service life of the directional wells.
