Abstract
The architecture and the principle of functioning of an intelligent system for monitoring the technical condition of communication complexes of an interdepartmental telecommunications system for special purposes is proposed. The processes of presenting and obtaining knowledge in the intelligent control system of the technical condition of heterogeneous communication complexes of a special-purpose telecommunication system, the rules of the control process, as well as the implementation of the knowledge base of a promising control system are described. The purpose of the study: to increase the effectiveness of control of communication complexes of a geographically distributed telecommunications system for special purposes by intellectualizing the control process and improving the architecture of advanced control systems. Methods: methods of multilevel synthesis of complex technical systems and methods of artificial intelligence theory. Results. The development of an intelligent system for monitoring the technical condition of communication complexes of an evolving special-purpose telecommunications system has been carried out. The processes of presenting and obtaining knowledge in an intelligent system for monitoring the technical condition of special-purpose communication complexes are described. The rules of evaluation processes, control of the technical condition of heterogeneous communication complexes of an evolving telecommunication system are defined. The principles of structural construction, basic technologies and, based on them, the architecture of a promising control system are presented. The generalized structure of the knowledge base of the intellectual control system and the process of its functioning are described. Practical significance. Based on the formulated principles of functioning of the knowledge management system, a software implementation of the proposed intelligent system for monitoring the technical condition of communication complexes of an interdepartmental telecommunications system for special purposes within the framework of an inter& departmental unified management space is presented. In the proposed control system, the knowledge base includes a fully connected search engine for accident signs, assessment methods, identification, ontology and semantic search com& ponents.
