Abstract

This study is to confirm the effect on the improvement of cervical spine alignment and physical stress through a relatively simple core program using a Frank and bridge for adults of Turtle neck, and verify the significant effectiveness of the treatment for Turtle neck. It has a need and a purpose. The study subjects were selected from among adult patients with the morphological characteristics of the Turtle neck through screening, and a total of 16 patients, 7 males and 9 females corresponding to the purpose of the study, were selected. The study was conducted 4 times a week for a total of 8 weeks, and cervical spine alignment and physical stress were comparatively analyzed before and after comparison. As a result, the core program using plank and bridge motions in turtle neck patients significantly changed cervical spine alignment (p.001***) and significantly changed physical stress (p.001***). In addition, there was a positive correlation between cervical spine alignment and physical stress in turtle neck patients (p.001***).Therefore, the core program using planks and bridges for turtle neck patients has a positive effect on improving cervical spine alignment and physical stress, and it is judged to be effective enough for exercise therapy to treat turtle neck.
