Abstract

The purpose of this article is to study the key organizational and legal possibilities of introducing digital financial instruments in the practice of Russian companies. The article analyzes the current state and potential use of digital financial assets. Special attention is paid to the analysis of organizational and legal aspects of the development of this institute. Legislative innovations in the field of financial assets in Russia, as well as features of the use of blockchain technology in the development of smart contracts, were analyzed. Special attention is paid to the impact of mining activities on the energy industry. It is emphasized that in order to implement the proposed measures for the development of smart contracts and the blockchain system as a whole, state regulatory support and implementation of risk mitigation measures are needed.
