Влияние изменений правил на показатели соревновательной деятельности в греко-римской борьбе
Objective – to reveal the impact of competition rule changes on the indices of athletes’ competitive activity. Methods. A total of 117 final fights of highly qualified athletes were analyzed. The following indices were recorded: the duration of bouts; number of technical actions; real attempts (the number of attempts made); estimated attempts (number of attacks implemented); the effectiveness of technique used in a stance and in “referee’s” position (determined by dividing the number of successful attacks by the number of real attempts to perform reception and multiplied by 100 %); the effectiveness of defence in a stance and in “referee’s” position (this is the division of the number of reflected attacks by the number of real attempts to execute a hold and multiplied by 100 %); the effectiveness of executed holds (scored: 1 point, 2 points, 3 points, 4 points, 5 points). Results. The results obtained allowed to establish that the most performed TAs on the ground are rolling sideways, but they were most successful at OG-2016 (47 % of all TAs) and OG-1996 (41 %). This percentage is explained by the fact that rolling sideways are the most common, and all wrestlers pay great attention to their improvement. At present, attacking actions prevail in the competitive techniques, the bout is conducted constantly at a high pace; techniques are performed after previous preparation when the athlete is confident that the action will be performed; high-class wrestlers tend to execute more technical and tactical actions on the ground than in the stance, and all this significantly reduces the entertainment of the modern Greco-Roman wrestling. Modern studies have shown that the key characteristics of highly skilled wrestlers fitness with an equal amount of tactical and technical actions are their speed-strength capabilities and special endurance. Conclusion. It is established that today there remain significant problems for the specialists of Greco-Roman wrestling in the need to modernize the competition rules in order to improve the performance and entertainment of wrestling bouts. Keywords: technical fitness, Olympic Games, highly skilled wrestlers, competition rules.

Purpose: to develop model characteristics of the modern competitive activity of the world's best athletes in Greco-Roman wrestling. Material and methods. The research used the following methods: analysis of scientific and methodological information and Internet sources; analysis of protocols and video recordings of competitive activities; expert assessment, methods of mathematical statistics. An analysis of 51 matches at the 2023 World Cup and Continental Championships (Europe, Asia, Pan America) was carried out. The object of observation were the wrestlers who took the first places at the 2023 World Championship in the Olympic weight categories (60 kg, 67 kg, 77 kg, 87 kg, 97 kg, 130 kg). Results: the analysis of scientific and methodological information and Internet resources allowed to determine that the analysis of competitive activity in sports wrestling is important for predicting the success of athletes and building models of the world's strongest wrestlers. The 2023 world champions in the Olympic weight categories also took first place this year and at continental competitions (Europe, Asia, Pan-America), except for the wrestler in the 87 kg weight category - he took second place at the 2023 European Championship. Based on the analysis of protocols and competitive activity, model characteristics of the modern competitive activity of the world's best wrestlers in Olympic weight categories were compiled. The analysis of the model characteristics of the competitive activity of the world's strongest wrestlers of different weight categories showed that each athlete uses basically the same technical and tactical actions during the day, but the tactical algorithm of fighting and conducting techniques is individual for each wrestler. Conclusions. The analysis of fights at the 2023 World Championship in Greco-Roman wrestling made it possible to develop model characteristics of the competitive activity of the best wrestlers in Olympic weight categories. It has been established that the strongest fighters use from 3 to 7 technical and tactical actions to achieve victory in a fight. The most performed tricks on the floor are rollovers and throws with the back belt, and in the rack - fallbacks and push-ups behind the carpet. The evaluation of the structure of the technical arsenal showed the superiority of the parameters of the champion in terms of the number of successful attacks and points won, along with low values of missed attacks and lost technical points. The developed model characteristics of competitive activity of the best wrestlers allow the coach to more effectively organize and manage the training process, timely identify deficiencies in the wrestler's preparation and make certain corrections. Keywords: modeling, competitive activity, indicators, technical and tactical actions, Greco-Roman wrestling, elite athletes.

Purpose. to conduct a comparative analysis of the indicators of competitive activity of karateka of different ages. Material and methods. The following methods were used in the research: analysis of scientific and methodological information, Internet sources and generalization of best practices; video computer analysis; methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the research revealed that biomechanical indicators have an impact on the course of a fight. Taking these indicators into account allows you to build a fight to achieve victory. The research obtained the time characteristics of karateka's technical and tactical actions. They demonstrate that adult, highly qualified karateka perform technical actions faster than junior karateka due to a high level of technical training, speed and power abilities and the level of psychological preparedness. The percentage value of the difference in time characteristics was also determined, which is equal to 13,6 %±9. However, junior karate fighters perform the Gyaku dzuki kick 2,9 % faster than adult, highly qualified athletes due to the high level of physical fitness and technical level of this technique and the frequency of its application. The research observed differences in the technical arsenal of martial artists. Adult, highly qualified athletes perform a much smaller number of types of technical techniques, but more attempts to perform actions from the individual arsenal than junior karateka. Thus, the technical techniques of highly qualified athletes are more effective. The research obtained numerical indicators of the accuracy of karateka's technical actions, which are higher in adult, highly qualified karateka.43,7 % of the technical actions of adult qualified athletes fall into the scoring zone, and 24,3 % of technical actions of junior karateka. The experience and high level of training of martial artists allows adult, highly qualified karateka to hit the scoring zone more often and to carry out technical and tactical actions faster in constantly changing situations. Checking the obtained results for normality of distribution showed that there is a difference in the duration of technical actions of junior karateka and adult, highly qualified karateka and it is reliable (p<0,05). Conclusions. The higher level of technical and tactical, psychological preparedness, the greater competitive experience allow adult, highly qualified karateka to perform technical actions faster and more precisely. Highly qualified adult athletes perform techniques 13,6% faster than junior karateka. Adult highly qualified karateka hit the scoring zone when performing 43,7 % of technical actions, and junior karateka – 24,3 %. Checking the indicators of the duration of technical actions showed that highly qualified karateka perform technical actions statistically faster (p<0,05) than junior karateka. The application of the Mann-Whitney criterion showed that there is a difference between the duration of technical actions performed by adult highly qualified karateka and junior karateka, which can be considered statistically significant.

The relevance of the research is that frequent changes in the rules of competition in different types of martial arts affect the structure and content of competitive activities of athletes, therefore, they should be taken into account in the training process. However, the other consequences of the transformation of the rules of competition in Olympic combat sports are considered fragmentary by the authors. The aim of the study was to identify trends of changes in competition rules in modern Olympic combat sports. Research methods included theoretical analysis method, documentary method, generalization of literature data and the Internet. The results of the work consist in the analysis of changes in the competition rules over the last ten to fifteen years, approved by the following international sports federations: International Fencing Federation, International Boxing Association, the United World Wrestling (International Federation of Greco-Roman Wrestling, Free Wrestling and Women's Wrestling), World Karate Federation, International Judo Federation, World Taekwondo Federation. There were identified the following trends of changes in the competition rules in modern Olympic combat sports: the increase in entertainment and accessibility for spectators; consolidation of the duel and increasing the speed of performing technical and tactical actions; objectification of the judiciary; increasing the importance of each match at all stages of the competition; increased penalties for violations of the "disciplinary code of competition" and "passive" conduct of the fight; injury prevention. The necessity of improving the tactical knowledge of athletes and the search for new tactical schemes based on a detailed study of the actual rules of competition, which will ensure success not only in individual episodes of a match with certain opponents, but also at different stages of competitions in Olympic martial arts.

Purpose: to analyze the competitive activity of medalist wrestlers at the 2024 Olympic Games. Material and methods. The analysis of video recordings of the final matchеs (matchеs for 1st and 3rd places) at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris (France) was conducted. A total of 18 matchеs were analyzed. The initial data of the athletes' performances were taken from the website of the international wrestling federation UWW. The analysis of competitive activity was carried out using the internet platform (Performance Data Analysis - PDA), which is used by the international wrestling federation UWW. Statistical analysis of data was carried out using licensed Excel spreadsheet packages. For categorical data, the results were expressed in absolute numbers (number of times) and percentages (%). To compare the indicators of the wrestlers' competitive activity, the Student's t-test was used, the extraction was considered reliable at (p<0,05). Results: analysis of scientific and methodological information and Internet resources allowed us to determine that the study of various parameters of competitive activity at major international competitions is important in sports science. Analysis of the matchеs of Greco-Roman style medalists at the 2024 Olympic Games allowed us to establish that the highest number of points was scored by wrestlers of the middle weight categories 77 kg (29 points) and 67 kg (26 points), the lowest number of points was scored by wrestlers of the 97 kg weight category (10 points). It should be noted that wrestlers of the 77 kg weight category have almost the same number of points scored in the standing position (15 points) and in the ground (14 points), and wrestlers of the 97 kg weight category won all points in the standing position (10 points). For wrestlers in the 87 kg and 97 kg weight categories, the number of non-technical points exceeds the technical ones, this is explained by the fact that wrestlers in these weight categories received points for passivity and pushing off the mat. The largest number of points was received for simple technical and tactical actions (TTD): passivity (26,55 % of all TTD); falls (19,47); rolls in the ground (17,70 %); throws with the back and reverse belt (12.39 %); pushing off the mat (7,08%). There were few points scored for TTD from the group of throws from the stand (1,77 %). This negatively contributes to the spectacle of this sport. Conclusions. An analysis of the competitive activity of Greco-Roman style medalist wrestlers at the 2024 Olympic Games was conducted. It was found that wrestlers scored more points in the standing position (61,95 %) than in the ground (38,05 %) and technical points (60,18 %) were scored more than non-technical points (39,82 %) and these differences have a significant difference (p<0,05) in both cases. It was determined that wrestlers often perform simple technical and tactical actions that do not lead to the risk of missing a counterattack. It was found that Greco-Roman wrestling requires adjustment of the competition rules.

Purpose: to conduct a comparative analysis of the indicators of competitive activity at the world championships among wrestlers of different age groups. Material and methods. The analysis of protocols and video recordings of the world championships (WC) among adults in Belgrade (Serbia) and U-23 in Tirana (Albania) was conducted. A total of 614 matchеs were analyzed: at the U-23 World Championship (n=243) and at the World Championship among adults (n=371). The initial data of the athletes' performances were taken from the website of the international wrestling federation UWW. The analysis of competitive activity was carried out using the internet platform (Performance Data Analysis - PDA). Statistical analysis of the data was carried out using licensed Excel spreadsheet packages. For categorical data, the results were expressed in absolute numbers (number of times) and percentages (%). To compare the indicators of the wrestlers' competitive activity, the Student's t-test was used, the extraction was considered reliable at (p<0,05). Results: analysis of Greco-Roman style wrestlers' matchеs allowed to establish effective technical and tactical actions (TTА), which were evaluated by judges at the 2023 World Championships among adults and U-23. In all the studied championships, the highest number of points was received for the same TTА: in the ground – rollovers and throws with the back and reverse belt; in the standing position – passivity. No significant differences (p>0,05) are observed in all effective TTАs performed by wrestlers at the 2023 World Championships among adults and U-23. It was established that the number of points scored is higher in the standing position than in the ground position and the number of technical points is higher than non-technical at both world championships. It is worth noting that the percentage of technical points is higher at the U-23 World Championships (71,83 %) than at the Adult World Championships (66,98 %), but this difference is not significant (p>0,05). It was determined that the largest number of points scored falls on the second minute of the match, and the smallest – on the sixth minute of the match, both at the U-23 World Championships and the Adult World Championships. It is worth noting that older wrestlers have higher performance in the fourth and fifth minutes of the match, but this difference is not significant (p>0,05). The average number of points scored per match is significantly higher (p<0,05) for wrestlers at the U-23 World Championships. This indicator significantly increases the spectacle of Greco-Roman wrestling. Another important indicator that determines the spectacle of the match is the success index. It is also the largest at the U-23 World Championships and this difference is significantly better (p<0,05).Conclusions. The conducted studies indicate some similarities and differences in the indicators of competitive activity of Greco-Roman wrestlers at the adult and U-23 world championships. Similarities: conducting simple (one-point, two-point) technical and tactical actions; a large number of matchеs that ended with a score of 1:1; many stops in the match (challenge, violation of the rules). This negatively affects the spectacle. Differences: the average number of points scored in matchеs and the success index are significantly higher (p<0.05) in wrestlers at the U-23 World Championships. It was determined that Greco-Roman wrestling requires adjustment of the competition rules.

Purpose: to determine the impact of changes in competition rules on the sports match of taekwondo athletes. Materials and Methods. The study used the following methods: theoretical analysis of scientific, methodological, and specialized literature, generalization of practical experience, and survey. The survey involved coaches from Ukraine (n=56), who teach ITF taekwondo with an average coaching experience of 12.8±8.1 years (Mean±SD). The questionnaire consisted of 20 questions and was created using the Google Forms online platform. The questions of the questionnaire addressed various aspects of athletes competitive activity and their sports preparation. Results. The survey involved coaches from Ukraine (n=56), who teach ITF taekwondo with an average coaching experience of 12.8±8.1 years. The majority of coaches were from the central (n=29, 52%) and eastern (n=22, 39 %) regions. Analysis of the coaches responses regarding the reasons for changes in the ITF taekwondo competition rules indicates that these changes were aimed at stimulating the development of kicking techniques (n=34, 60.7 %) and enhancing the appeal of the competition (n=19, 33.9 %). Increasing the appeal of the competitive match, according to the coaches, can be achieved by increasing its intensity (n=33, 58.9 %), meaning increasing the number of diverse technical and tactical actions in both attack and defense. The most significant changes in the competitive match of taekwondo athletes, according to the coaches, occurred after the introduction of computer technologies in sparring refereeing (n=28, 50 %) and mandatory scoring kicks (n=25, 44.6 %). Changes in competition rules affected match tactics, as stated by 94.6% of coaches (n=53). This is related to both scoring kicks and the algorithm for constructing technical-tactical combinations. Half of the coaches (n=28) consider counterattacks to be more effective, while 41.1% (n=23) favor attacks. The survey on technical and tactical aspects revealed that 64.3 % (n=36) of athletes use kicking techniques, while 35.7 % (n=20) use hand techniques. The survey also showed that psychological resilience (n=29, 52%), integrated training (n=11, 20 %), physical fitness level (n=9, 16 %), and technical skill (n=7, 12 %) are of great importance for achieving high competitive results at the current stage of taekwondo development. Questions regarding injuries in taekwondo revealed that 75 % (n=42) of coaches believe changes in competition rules have not led to an increase in injuries during sports matches, but 25% (n=14) of coaches believe such an impact exists. They report that leg injuries account for 89.4 % (n=50), hand injuries 5.3 % (n=3), and other injuries 5.3% (n=3). Conclusions. Changes in the ITF taekwondo competition rules are mainly aimed at stimulating the development of kicking techniques and the appeal of the competitive match. The most significant changes in the competitive match of taekwondo athletes occurred after the introduction of computer technologies in sparring refereeing and mandatory scoring kicks. The introduction of complex-coordination, scoring kicks increased the demands on the technical and tactical preparedness of athletes. To improve the technical-tactical preparedness of athletes in competitive matches, new methodologies for enhancing their cognitive skills and visual-motor coordination are necessary. Based on the survey analysis, it is concluded that psychological resilience is an important factor influencing the sports results of athletes. This highlights the need for effective psychological preparation methods. According to the coaches, changes in competition rules have not increased injuries in taekwondo sports matches, but the issue of injuries remains relevant. The reduction of injuries can be achieved by rationally distributing matches throughout the competition day, enhancing referees qualifications, adding modern, convenient protective equipment, and optimizing the training process.

Purpose: to analyse the competitive activity of highly skilled wrestlers at the European Championships 2023. Material and Methods. The following methods were used to solve the research tasks: analysis of scientific and methodological information and the Internet, generalization of best practices, analysis of protocols and videos, method of mathematical statistics. In total, 49 winning bouts (the fight for first and third places and meetings between finalists and third-place athletes) at the 2023 European Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships in Zagreb (Croatia) were analysed. Results: on the basis of the analysis of competitive activity, 10 main technical and tactical actions were allocated, which are most often used by highly skilled Greco-Roman wrestlers: rolling coups - 39 times (36,1 % of all technical and tactical actions); coups by grabbing the arm and head - 4 times (3,7 %); throws with the back belt - 15 times (13,9 %); countermeasures - 3 times (2,8 %); transfer to the floor - 5 times (4,6 %); throws with a turn - 2 times (1,9 %); throws with a deflection - 2 times (1,9 %); dumping - 9 times (8,3 %); pushing out of the mat - 22 times (20,3 %); countermeasures - 7 times (6,5 %). 23,7 % of the analysed fights ended with an early victory for one of the fighters. The largest number of early wins was observed in the 55 kg weight category - 4 (80 % of all fights). There were no early victories in the 67 kg and 87 kg weight categories. The analysis of the effectiveness of the technique showed that high-class wrestlers most often use 2-point technical and tactical actions, then 1-point and 4-point technical and tactical actions. In a large number of fights the result was decided by an assessment for passivity of one of the wrestlers. Conclusions. It is defined that wrestlers of high qualification carry out a greater number of technical and tactical actions in a partner (56,5 %), than in a rack (43,5 %). The most applied technical and tactical action in the floor was a rolling coup, and in a stand - pushing out of the carpet. The least: in the ground - counter-reception, and in the stand - throws with a turn and a deflection. It is noted that the largest number of technical and tactical actions is carried out by wrestlers of light weight categories 55 kg (23 techniques) and 60 kg (15 techniques), and the smallest - by wrestlers of middle weight categories 77 kg (5 techniques) and 87 kg (6 techniques).

Purpose: to conduct a comparative analysis of competitive performance indicators of wrestlers at the Junior (U20) and Senior (U23) World Championships. Material and Methods. An analysis of official protocols and video recordings of the 2025 Greco-Roman Wrestling World Championships was carried out: the Junior U20 World Championship in Novi Sad (Serbia) and the Senior U23 World Championship in Samokov (Bulgaria). In total, 571 matches were analyzed: 272 matches at the U20 World Championship and 299 matches at the U23 World Championship. The initial performance data of the athletes were obtained from the official website of the International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles (UWW). The analysis of competitive activity was performed using an internet-based platform (Performance Data Analysis – PDA). Results: The analysis of matches at the 2025 Greco-Roman Wrestling World Championships among Juniors (U20) and Seniors (U23) made it possible to identify effective actions that were scored by referees. At all championships under study, the highest number of points was awarded for the same actions: in parterre – gut wrench and lifts suplexs; in standing position – passivity and take down. No statistically significant differences (p>0,05) were found in any of the referee-scored actions between the 2025 U20 and U23 World Championships. It was determined that the percentage of points scored in the standing position was higher at the U23 World Championship (56,58 %) than at the U20 World Championship (54,90 %), whereas the percentage of points obtained from technical actions was higher at the U20 World Championship (71,84 %) compared with the U23 World Championship (68,26 %); however, these differences were not statistically significant (p>0,05). The greatest number of points scored by wrestlers of both age groups occurred in the second minute of the match, while the lowest number was recorded in the sixth minute. No statistically significant differences (p>0,05) were observed in the percentage distribution of points scored in each minute of the match at the analyzed World Championships. The average number of points scored per match and the number of points scored per minute were significantly higher (p<0,05) in wrestlers competing at the U20 World Championship. This indicator substantially increases the spectacle of Greco-Roman wrestling. The success index was higher in wrestlers at the U20 World Championship (1,99) than in athletes at the U23 World Championship (1,71); however, this difference was not statistically significant (p>0,05). Conclusions. The conducted research indicates the presence of both common and distinctive features in the competitive performance indicators of Greco-Roman wrestlers at the Junior (U20) and Senior (U23) World Championships. Common characteristics include the predominance of simple technical and tactical actions with minimal point values (one- and two-point actions), a considerable proportion of matches ending with a 1:1 score, and a large number of interruptions caused by the use of challenges and the recording of rule violations. These factors negatively affect the spectacle of competitive wrestling. At the same time, it was established that the average number of points scored per minute and per match was statistically higher (p<0,05) in wrestlers of the U20 age group. The results of the comparative analysis can be used in coaching practice to optimize training programs, individualize technical and tactical preparation, and improve the competitive effectiveness of wrestlers at international competitions.

Therefore, the control of competitive activities in sports games will provide objective information for improving of team management. The purpose of the research is to establish the structure and dynamics of technical and tactical actions of highly skilled opposite hitters of women's Superleague of Ukraine in the process of competitive activity. Material and methods of research. The study was conducted during the competition period of the 2017-2018 season and provided for pedagogical observation and video shooting of the official games of the Ukrainian Volleyball Championship among women's Superleague teams. The study involved 9 highly qualified opposite hitters the masters of sports of Ukraine. Results and conclusions. The structure of the technical and tactical actions of opposite hitters in the process of competitive activity is consisted of large part of blocks (34,0±2,9 %) and spikes (28,1±2,0 %). Opposite hitters perform the spikes (42,3±4,5 %) and blocks (33,8±3,2 %) most effectively among all technical and tactical actions. The game of defense and passes are a "weak spot" of the opposite hitters, as the ratio of inefficient technical and tactical actions are 42,2±5,9 and 56,1±9,0 %, respectively. There is a gradual decrease in the effectiveness of technical and tactical actions by the opposite hitters during the game. Thus, the part of effective serves decreased from 19,8 % in the first set to 10,4 % in the fourth, effective defense actions – from 35,0 to 23,3 %, spikes – from 36,1 to 25,6 %, blocks – from 28,7 to 28,5 %. The analysis of the results allows to recommend in the training process of the opposite hitters to pay special attention to the implementation of the attack potential of serves, increase the effectiveness of the defense, expanding the stock of tactical combinations and game models, improving general and special endurance

Purpose. To develop an algorithm of special analysis for improving the training process, based on the identification of indicators of technical and tactical actions in the competitive activity of skilled volleyball players. Material and Methods. The study analyzed 2,688 technical and tactical indicators of the competitive activity of 56 players of national volleyball teams which played 6 games in the 2019 CEV Volleyball European Championship, taking into account the athletes’ playing roles, based on the methods of analysis of the competitive activity, analysis of generalization of practical experience, and theoretical modeling. Results. The study interpreted the total performance indicators of the competitive activity of skilled volleyball players, the indicators of technical and tactical activity in the competitive process, the ratio of performance indicators in skilled volleyball players in position zones. Conclusions. The modified algorithm of special analysis of indicators of technical and tactical actions has the following structure: analysis of quantitative characteristics of team, group and individual actions in attack and defense; chronological analysis of the competitive activity development in sets; analysis of playing actions in various zones of the court; comparative analysis of quantitative indicators of technical and tactical actions of volleyball players who directly counteract in the match; analysis of critical moments of the game, which is directly related to organizing and holding a particular match; interpretation and qualitative analysis of indicators of technical and tactical actions in a particular match. Based on the analysis of success and performance indicators of the competitive activity of Ukraine’s national volleyball team in the qualifying tournament of the 2019 European Championship (group F), it can be said that the modified algorithm of special analysis of indicators of technical and tactical actions showed high efficiency.

Purpose: to investigate the dynamics of indicators of technical-tactical and physical fitness of female sambo wrestlers of 18-20 years old under the influence of the proposed training models. Material and methods. The following methods were used in the study: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, analysis of protocols and video recordings of competitive activity, methods of mathematical statistics. Two groups of sambo wrestlers took part in the research: experimental and control, each of which consisted of 10 sportswomen aged 18-20 years, qualification of CMS, MSU. To reveal the dynamics of indicators of technical and tactical skills of sambo wrestlers the analysis of indicators of competitive activity of sportswomen was carried out. We analyzed 30 fights of sportswomen of the experimental and 30 fights of the control groups (3 competitive fights of each sportswoman). Pedagogical testing was used to reveal the dynamics of physical indicators. Results: the analysis of bouts of sportswomen of the experimental and control groups by time at the beginning and at the end of the pedagogical experiment showed that the tendency to the completion of bouts in the allotted time of sportswomen of both groups has not changed. However, the number of bouts that ended prematurely slightly increased in the experimental group (beginning of the experiment - 33 %, end - 40 %). It was also found that the nature of the remarks for sportswomen of both groups did not change during the pedagogical experiment: the greatest number of remarks was received by sportswomen for passivity (experimental group - 79 % of the total number of remarks, control group - 92 %). The tendency to conduct a fight in a standing position of sportswomen of both groups is preserved. In a standing position sambo wrestlers of the experimental group in comparison with the beginning of the experiment performed a smaller number of real attempts to carry out technical actions (beginning - 179, the end - 169). There is an increase in the use of combination and attacking techniques by sambo wrestlers of the experimental group. Comparison of results of physical fitness at the beginning and at the end of the experiment showed that sportswomen of the experimental group under the influence of the offered models have statistically significant changes in tests on coordination abilities and special endurance. Conclusions. It is established that during the pedagogical experiment sambo wrestlers of the experimental group who trained on the offered models of preparation changed tactics of a competitive fight and began to make less attempts for realization of technical actions, quality of points at the same time improved. Despite the decrease in the number of attempts, the athletes became more active during the bouts, which indicates a more rational implementation of technical and tactical actions. Also, there is an improvement of results in tests of coordination abilities and special endurance of sambo wrestlers, which is explained by the orientation of the proposed training models.
