Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze on the relationship between quality of service provided by technology suppliers and the technology transfer performance of technology customers. This is to measure the quality of service provided by the technology supplier. And the SERVQUAL cognized by the technology consumer analyze the impact on technology transfer performance.BR The results of this study are as follows. First, in technology transfer, the technology consumer prefer to approach of finished goods. Second, the SERVQUAL cognized by the technology consumer appeared to statistically significant in tangibles, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, and complexity etc. Third, this paper established the effect of SERVQUAL on technology transfer performance in firms.
