Abstract

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The article highlights therapeutic and preventive treatment for pregnant women with the initial forms of periodontitis. There was conducted a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of a toothbrush versus an oral irrigator. On the basis of the results certain recommendations were made. it is recommended to use oral irrigator As an additional means of personal hygiene prevent of in ammatory periodontal diseases. </span></p><p class="p1"><span class="s1">Our research has shown that in order to achieve maximum effectiveness in the early treatment of periodontitis of pregnant women it is necessary to conduct a professional hygiene every two month and exercise dentist supervision in the period of the pectoral rearing. Special attention must be given to raising stomatological awareness of the patients as well as their motivation to maintain oral health. </span></p>
