Abstract
The article substantiates the need for regulatory regulation of reporting in the field of sustainable development on the territory of the Russian Federation. The description of the ways of implementing the concept of sustainable development both at the state level and within a separate economic entity is given, using the example of JSC “Russian Railways”. National projects and state programs are presented as the main tools for implementing the principles of sustainable development. The author presents an analysis of the impact of regulatory regulation on the methods of implementing the principles of sustainable development in JSC “Russian Railways”. The main legislative acts to ensure the formation of reporting in the field of sustainable development are highlighted.
