Abstract

Engineering-geological studies have established that subsidence loams form the basis of the foundations of the emergency building of the school. To stabilize the deformations of the building, pressure grouting of deconsolidated dispersed soils is used using a resource-saving cement-clay-carbonate formulation. On the basis of laboratory and field experiments, the parameters of fixing the base soils were substantiated and a high degree of technical and economic efficiency was proved in the reconstruction of the base represented by hydroactivated subsidence soils.
