Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of social support on career preparation behavior and career-setting self-efficacy on career preparation behavior of college students majoring in aviation services in preparation for serious recruitment bottlenecks in the post-Corona era.BR The survey used a convenience sampling method, recovering a total of 260 responses and using 233 as final empirical analysis data, excluding 27 unfaithful and ambiguous responses with biased responses. Data analysis was conducted using the statistical program SPSS V.21.0 to analyze frequencies, reliability, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis.BR The empirical analysis of this study confirmed that social support has a significant impact on career decision self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. The social support of aviation service students has been shown to improve career preparation behavior through the role of a mediator in career decision self-efficacy. Therefore, it is more important than ever to give psychological stability to students through attention and encouragement as well as personal efforts to collect job information and prepare for a systematic job in the rapidly changing aviation recruitment market.
