Abstract
The trend of modern business is the active integration of artificial intelligence capabilities, which contributes to the modernization and increase in efficiency of most management functions. This trend determines the relevance of studying the specifics of introducing artificial intelligence into the management of administrative processes of a modern organization. This material, based on a study of scientific publications, illustrates the capabilities of artificial intelligence technologies, its main historical stages of development within the business environment, the most common areas of implementation and its role in the business strategies of companies. Object of study: modern technologies and trends in artificial intelligence. Purpose of the study: to characterize the possibilities of introducing artificial intelligence technologies into the management of administrative processes of a modern organization. Research methods: study of scientific publications of domestic and foreign authors in the field of management of administrative processes and the capabilities of artificial intelligence, analytical method, general scientific research methods. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the generalization of modern capabilities and advanced directions for the implementation of artificial intelligence in the management of administrative processes of an organization with the prospect of applying the research results in the practice of domestic companies.
