Abstract

Introduction. The article is dedicated to the methodological principles of organization and implementation of distance learning (DL) in the system of military education. It is viewed as an interdisciplinary scientific problem, which primarily concerns the transformation of students and teachers into real agents of the educational process during DL introduction and realization in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Purpose. To investigate the essence, content and interconnection of the main structural components of the methodological substantiation of the DL, and to propose ways of implementing institutions of higher military education in the educational process. Methods. The study was conducted using the following theoretical methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, classification, generalization and systematization; idealization and abstraction. Results. The development of students` military-professional competence as agents of the operational-tactical level of management Originality. The article deals with the methodological concepts of the subject-activity approach of its interaction, support and implementation of the DL in the system of postgraduate military education Conclusion. The article presents some theoretical approaches and practical decisions are presented as the basis of the future pedagogical organization of the subject-activity approach supplemented by the leading principles and main provisions of the andragogical, contextual and competent approaches.
