Abstract

he article is devoted to the study of immunosodulators – megosin and megaferon, derived from gossypol derivatives, which are active against herpes virus. The immunomodulatory properties of gossipol derivatives based on azometin-preserved species, particularly the radical-type – СH2CH2SO3ONa (megosin), have been shown to be active against high herpes virus. It is worth noting that due to its high water-solubility properties of glycyrrhizin acid derivatives of these compounds, there is a significant increase in the biosecurity of the drug. To this end, the hydrolysis of MASGK (monoammonium salts of glycyrrhizic acid) – megosin, derived from azometin gossipol – ratios of 1:2 and 1:4, has been scientifically substantiated to develop a method for quantifying biologically active substances in the drug.
