Модернизация политической системы современной России: развитие консервативных и национал-патриотических проектов

Abstract

Modern conservative political and legal changes in the state system of Russia, enshrined in the amendments to the Constitution, determine the need to study and evaluate the directions and ways of further socio-political development of the country and society, which characterizes the relevance of the topic. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the search and evaluation of modern political forces, foundations and concepts that determined the general logic, ideology and vectors of modern political and legal changes in the country. The stud-ied national-patriotic and conservative concepts and political actors have created the basis for the mod-ernization of the state management system based on the search for a balance between protective ideas and liberalism. The paper analyzes the main amendments to the Constitution of Russia, as well as the conditions and factors of the functioning of the socio-political system in the country. The basic ideological approaches to ongoing political and legal changes in the state management system are also examined, the key vectors of modernization of the political system of Russia are studied. The study, based on methods of comparing and analyz-ing documents, describes the key areas of political and legal modernization of the country in the direc-tion of strengthening the positions of conservatism and national patriotism, which today creates the conditions for the development of protective con-cepts and conservative political parties and move-ments. Within the framework of systemic and pro-cess approaches, the potential of implementing na-tional-patriotic programs for the development of the state in conjunction with the liberal-democratic ba-sis for the functioning of the political system of the country has been investigated. The authors analyze the prospects for the modernization of the political system of the country towards national patriotism and conservatism, as well as recommendations on the formation of balanced conditions for the func-tioning of Russian socio-political system in condi-tions of external instability and the growth of for-eign challenges and threats.
