Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of issues of increasing the efficiency of personnel management of an oil transportation company using the capabilities of the digital economy. In the conditions typical for the industry enterprise under consideration, one of the key problems in personnel management is lower costs for accounting for information requests. A comprehensive solution to this problem can be facilitated by the creation of a personal-functional employee office. The article presents the results of a survey of the company's manufacturers, on the basis of which recommendations are formulated for the content of personal accounts.
