Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of coping behavior among law enforcement officers with different levels of aggression. The main factors of the subject's choice of a certain type of coping behavior are highlighted. The official statistics of complaints of persons serving sentences in places of deprivation of liberty, complaints of ill-treatment by law enforcement agencies are given. Attention is paid to the concepts of “coping” and “coping behavior”. The main traditional classifications of coping strategies are given.
