Abstract
In the article, the author explores the methodological foundations of the forecasting of civilizational processes using modern material. On the basis of the code theory of the functioning of complex self-governing systems, a concept of synergistic approaches to stopping the factors of exacerbation of situations characteristic of information and economic wars has been developed. A critical analysis of the concepts of civilizational pessimism and their influence on civilizational processes on the scale of the planetary society has been carried out. On the basis of the theory of social logic of Gabriel Tarde, models of substantiation in the public consciousness of the concepts of civilizational optimism have been developed.
