Abstract
The article presents a political analysis of the Russian public administration system of the export of cereal crops to the OPEC group emerging markets. The factors of the Russian export policy that determine its nature, features and main directions of implementation are considered. Graphical models are used to study the dynamics of grain exports to OPEC, the causality of its volatility. Based on the data analysis and the identified trends, an assumption is made about the prospects for a further increase in the volume of Russian cereal exports to OPEC markets.
