Abstract

The article examines the theoretical aspects of cultural security, the formation of a system of protection of the cultural sphere as a branch of the economy in a post-industrial society characterized by humanization, automation and informatization of production, intellectualization of labor and expansion of the service sector. The description of the algorithmics in identifying social and economic risks in the culture of the state using a risk-based approach is given. The article describes the digital opportunities existing in the post-industrial economic system, which allow effective interaction at all levels of government on issues of eliminating risks and threats in culture as a branch of the state economy.
