Abstract
본 연구는 ‘산학협력형 혁신캠퍼스’ 관리운영 모델을 탐색하는 것을 목표로 한다. 연구방법은 세부요소를 도출하고 계층화하는 질적 연구와 도출된 요소간 중요도를 비교분석하는 계층분석기법(AHP)를 병행하였다. 연구에서 제안하는 관리운영 모델은 5개의 대항목과 20개의 세부기준요소로 구성되었다. 요소 간 중요도 비교분석을 위한 설문조사는 산업계, 학계, 공공 3개 그룹으로 구성하였다. 그룹별 동일 가중치를 적용한 결과는 기술창업 기반조성(0.283), 실무형 · 전문인력 육성(0.245), 혁신캠퍼스 공간특화(0.176), 창조 · 융합연구 환경조성(0.171), 캠퍼스 운영 전문화(0.126) 순으로 나타났다. 항목의 가중치를 적용한 세부계획기준 중요도는 기술사업화 프로그램 운영, 혁신기업 및 첨단연구소 유치, 창조연구인력 정착기반 조성, ESG 개념 도입한 단지조성, 실무중심 학제 도입이 1위~5위로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 관리운영 모델이 서울시 및 지역의 산학협력형 캠퍼스타운 관련 사업에 활용되기를 기대한다.
