Abstract

The article deals with the issues of economic security of public procurement organizations in the context of an external threat of a biological nature – the impact of the 2019-nCOV virus on humanity. Rapid response measures taken by state authorities to mobilize resources for the fight against coronavirus, including legislative and regulatory measures, were analyzed. Risks of execution of public procurement contracts in the new conditions are identified and mechanisms by which they can be avoided are identified.
