Abstract
To achieve the purpose of this study, the hypotheses were drawn through the literature review. A survey was carried out on employees in Sevenluck Casinos (Hilton, Gangnam, Lotte). Questionnaires of total 300 copies were distributed to conduct an analysis of valid questionnaires of 261 copies. The factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and reliability of measuring tools. Therefore, first the effect of detailed factors of its practice, practice intention of CEO, suitability of ethics charter operation, education and training of ethical management, and efforts of public ethical management on organizational citizenship behavior was studied through the moderating role of trust relationship on organization.BR Also it is necessary to embody the ethical management through the addition of more detailed factors required of casino corporations in a future study, and make a study of universal and in-depth ethical management of domestic casino corporations.
