Abstract

This article attempts to comprehend in a socio-philosophical way the nature and status of science and education in the context of globalization processes taking place in the world. It is obvious that science and education, which are at the forefront of the formation of personality, society, and the state, are influenced by these serious processes. In this regard, the problem of ideological understanding of these institutions is actualized in order to determine the main directions of the development of science and education. The proposed article uses the concept of postnonclassical science, which appeals to the necessity and priority of interdisciplinary foundations of such research. The target program implemented in Kazakhstan today, the strategy “New Kazakhstan” requires strengthening the factors of science and education in this state and public construction. In the article, the author defines his research position through the analysis of the current state of the problem and the definition of the contours of the formation of a new paradigm of science and education. Recently, the role of science as a service component of the state and society has become increasingly obvious. Some state programs, for example, “Modernization of Public Consciousness” provided a comfortable existence for science and determined the place and importance of science as an interpreter and ideological justification of state policy. The author's position is connected with the understanding of the necessity and importance of reforms in education and science at all levels. The reforms should ensure academic freedom in education, a providentialist format for the existence of science.
