Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the priority trends and features of the development of civil society in modern Russia in the context of a special military operation in 2022-2023. The scientific problem lies in the need to understand the impact of the situation of military-political conflict on the functioning of the domestic model of interaction between the "third sector" and state power. To solve the problem situation, a comprehensive political analysis is carried out. The research is based on historical, comparative, structural and functional methods. As the results obtained, it is argued that the key imperative of interaction between society and the state in modern Russia is the field of civil-military relations. It is proved that the priority task of the overwhelming majority of the organizations of the "third sector" is to provide support to the armed forces in the area of the SVO. The conclusion is made about the ongoing structural and functional transformation of the Russian model of state-civil dialogue. Strengthening the legitimacy of the subjects is predicted that act as a link between the army and society.
