Abstract
본 연구는 생태체계적 접근에 근거해 다문화가족 자녀의 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이들의 개인체계, 가족체계, 사회체계요인을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 통계청의 ‘2018년 전국다문화가족실태조사’ 자료 중 다문화가족 자녀 7,095명분 자료를 활용하여, 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 통합모델에 따라 정리하면, 개인체계요인에서는 우울경험, 자아존중감이, 가족체계요인으로는 아버지와의 관계, 어머니와의 관계, 다문화 정체성이, 사회체계요인 중에는 학교폭력, 사회적 차별, 방과후 서비스 인지도가 다문화가족 자녀의 학교생활적응에 통계학적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다문화가족 자녀의 학교생활적응 향상을 위한 정책적, 실천적 함의를 전달하였다.
