Abstract
Inappropriate consumption and inefficient tools for controlling the costs associated with the consumption of water resources lead to irreparable damage to the environment. In this regard, their rational use is of particular importance for any economic entity. The article discusses the peculiarities of the brewing industry for the purpose of allocating a block of water consumption costs, which an economic entity can manage by optimizing and rationalizing the volume of water consumption using accounting and control tools.
