Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational ethical climate by ethical leadership on moral identity and organizational commitment of college athletes. Data were collected from 500 college athletes, and 468 samples were used for final analysis. For the data processing, this study conducted frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, ethical leadership had a effect on organizational ethical climate. Second, organizational ethical climate had a effect on moral identity. Third, organizational ethical climate had a effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, moral identity had no significant effect on organizational commitment.
