Abstract
Psoriasis is one of the most common skin diseases. 30% of patients with psoriasis may develop psoriatic arthritis, which can lead to complex joint deformity and early disability. In this case, it is very important to have an interdisciplinary approach in the selective treatment of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis using genetically engineered biological drugs. In our article, we present a world literature review on the use of genetically engineered biological drugs in psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, describe a clinical case of psoriasis with psoriatic arthritis with effective basic treatment.
