Abstract

The results of researches made by the numerical methods of rail and sleeper subgrade stress condition of industrial transport railways by means of models developed with the use of finite-element method (FEM) have been presented. The results of multiple calculations of ballast and roadbed three-dimensional stress and strain state in different operation conditions of industrial enterprise tracks have been considered. Calculations showed that for the accepted crews operating maximal tensions, as a rule, considerably less recommended assumed, for a ballast a macadam and shlakovogo and exceed, on occasion, the assumed tensions for a gravel ballast and sandy-gravel mixture. The use of different materials to increase the efficiency of rail and sleeper subgrade in the conditions of industrial enterprises has been recommended as a result of the conducted researches.
