Abstract

Russian population needs reliable access to high-quality and safe milk. The authors analyzed the domestic enterprises that produce the best pasteurized milk brands. The research relied on the rating of milk producers compiled by Autonomous non-profit organization Russian Quality System (Roskachestvo). The main factors of leadership included location, organizational pattern, legal status, scale, specialization, production, assortment and marketing policies, etc. The correlation analysis included the main performance indicators and possible interfactor links. The article also introduces some success procedures for dairy enterprises.
