Ценностные аспекты профессионального становления педагога в контексте радикальной смены образовательной парадигмы

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present an extended analysis of the value aspects of professional formation of a teacher in terms of axiological approach in the era of cultivation of ambiguous ideas of postmodern pluralism in all spheres of human activity. The results of the study are presented in the format of theoretical and practical substantiation of axiological model of cultural self-identity of the teacher, the basic principles of which are humanitarian and humanistic orientation of education as the dominant values of the events of the professional educational space It is emphasized the positive effect of organizational-methodological activities aimed at the formation of the professionalism of the young teacher in the system of postgraduate teaching; the conclusion about the need for the inclusion of a special module of additional program content which motivates for continuous education of the pedagogue in the conditions of updating targets, organizational forms and meaningful value orientations, as well as the prospects for further development of the participants within the frameworks of recurrent education in the multinational region.
