Специфика стратегических задач развития пространственно-отраслевой структуры региона в условиях цифровизации

Abstract

The authors of the article focus on forming strategic tasks for development of a region’s spatial sectoral structure in the framework of achieving the goal of the Russian Federation’s Spatial Development Strategy adopted in 2019. Relevance of the study is due to need for systematic determining strategic tasks complex, the implementation of which will provide access to a new higher level of a region’s socio-economic development. The directions and priorities of developing a regional spatial sectoral structure in conditions of the Russian economy digitalization have been identified and systematized. The methodical support for selection of strategic tasks complex based on step-by-step technology and the organizational economic mechanism for determining and implementing strategic tasks have been developed. As an example, the main development strategic tasks of the Perm Territory’s spatial sectoral structure are given. The purpose of the study is to identify the essence, meaning and specificity of strategic tasks for developing a regional spatial sectoral structure in economy digitalization conditions.
