Abstract

The article discusses the process of the collapse of the Yalta Peace of 1945 in the 1990s and the transition from a bipolar balanced and stable world of socialism and capitalism, led by the USSR and the USA, to an unstable unipolar world order dominated by the USA. It is shown that the duration of the unipolar world turned out to be short-lived and today a new multipolar world order, initiated by Russia and supported by China and other leading developing countries, has already arisen and is growing stronger. The BRICS and SCO formed by Russia and China became the center of crystallization of the multipolar world. It is shown that the BRICS and the SCO will become the locomotives of world development in the coming decades. It also describes the hybrid wars of the United States and its allies against Russia and China, undertaken in order to maintain a unipolar world. In conclusion, conditions are formulated under which the process of forming a multipolar world order will become stable and irreversible.
