Abstract

In the article a situation in the regulation of compensation system by agreements in the budgetary sphere of Ukraine is investigated. The norms of General agreements 2010-2012 and 2016-2017 about regulating employees’ remuneration of budgetary institutions are analyzed. The matrix of compensation system component in the budgetary sphere of Ukraine which regulating by agreements is made. It’s based on results of selective studying of contents of the acting sectoral agreements in four industries of the budgetary sphere (public administration, education, health care and culture). Dynamics of a scope of personnel in the budgetary sphere by collective agreements in 2014-2017 is analyzed. The directions of development of regulation by agreements of a compensation system in the budgetary sphere are introduced.
