The article is devoted to the implementation of innovations in small businesses in the field of tourism and hospitality. The main types of digital innovations in the field of tourism services and hospitality are considered. The main trends of innovation in tourism and hospitality at the present stage are identified. The activity of online travel agencies and the issue of implementation of CRMsystems at small enterprises in the field of tourism are described. The main trends in the introduction of digital innovations in hotel enterprises are identified. Conclusions are made on the main directions of innovation implementation in small business enterprises in the field of tourism and hospitality
