Abstract
The article examines the US foundations and non-governmental organizations activities in the western Post-Soviet space in 2000–2020. The dynamic of project activities financing and approaches in socio-humanitarian and socio-political spheres depending on the situation in these countries and the US foreign policy is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the foundations and NGOs priorities at a time of the deterioration of the political situation in these states.
