Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the occupational level prevailing among the teaching staff members at the Faculty of Education in Qaminas, and the most important reasons for it. The research community consisted of all the faculty members of the faculty, who numbered ( 70) members of the teaching staff, sable from the total distributed forms, so the application was applied to (64), and a questionnaire was used to collect data and statistical errors (spss) were used. Where the frequencies and percentages were calculated to describe the research community, and the standard deviations and arithmetic averages were also calculated to recognize the level and reasons for the job rotation prevailing among the faculty members in the college, in addition to know if there were differences in opinions between the respondents about the level and reasons for job rotation. which indicated that the level of job rotation prevailing among faculty members was average, and it also concluded that feeling uncomfortable is one of the most important causes of job rotation, and that geographical location is one of the least common causes of job rotation among faculty members.
