Abstract
There is no doubt that no one is immune from mistakes, but there are obvious mistakes that are constantly made by people for various reasons. There are mistakes that cause harm to the person who makes these mistakes, and there are also mistakes that can harm not only other people, but also the entire organization. In particular, such errors can be made by the head of the organization.97 ТРУД И СОЦИАЛЬНАЯ СФЕРА The article discusses various mistakes of managers at different levels in educational organizations (head of the Department, Deputy Vice-rector, etc.), based on the experience of the authors, provides specific examples. It also presents the results of a survey conducted in order to identify mistakes of managers faced by modern employees of different organizations.
