Abstract

Improving the work to reduce turnover and consolidate personnel is a necessity, the basis for the formation of mechanisms for the implementation of serious tasks assigned to the organization. Turnover management in the organization is an integral part of the human resources management system, as well as one of the most important management objects of the entire organization. Management of the turnover of the organization is a set of techniques, procedures and rules for the targeted impact of a subject on an object based on scientific approaches, knowledge of the laws of social processes and real management practices. The essence and content of the turnover of the staff of the organization means a change in the social policy of the organization, putting into effect the activities of the staff for their effective activities. The success of the entire organization depends on the efficiency of the joint work of all employees employed in the workplace. Achievement of the common goal ensures improvement of the working life quality of the employees of the organization. Reducing the turnover of staff of the organization is an integrated process, which involves constantly improving the quality of staff, as a main element of the organizational system and improving the quality of the system as a whole. The object of the study is the Emergency Recovery Department No. 2 – a branch of Gazprom Transgaz Yekaterinburg LLC (GTE LLC), an enterprise for the transportation and maintenance of gas transportation system facilities. The practical significance of the research results lies in the development of recommendations and measures to reduce the level of staff turnover at Gazprom Transgaz Yekaterinburg LLC and its structural divisions. These recommendations can be used in the development of programs to increase the level of motivation, adaptation, reduce the level of staff turnover by creating the necessary, comfortable working conditions at the enterprise.
