Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of approaches to the formation of strategies for the competitiveness of construction enterprises in the conditions of the digital economy. The essence and segments of the digital economy are considered. The main components of the digital economy are defined. It was established that the innovations of the modern digital infrastructure consist in the use of elements that meet the requirements of the competitiveness of construction enterprises. The difficulties of construction enterprises in the conditions of the digital economy are determined. On the basis of the conducted research, it was concluded that the formation of strategies for the competitiveness of construction enterprises in the conditions of the digital economy includes several key approaches, including innovative and informational development, the formation of human and intellectual capital, reengineering of business processes, modernization of infrastructure and digitalization, which involves the introduction of new digital technologies such as BIM (Building Information Modeling) and IoT (Internet of Things).
