The paper presents the results of an analysis of the impact of energy-saving measures on the struc-ture of one-time costs for an individual residential building. The options of insulation of the external vertical shell of the building for a wall made of ceramic bricks, aerated concrete and a two–layer structure - aerated concrete with polystyrene are considered
