Abstract

Food independence and economic security of the country are largely determined by the efficiency and sustainability of the development of food industries. In this article, we will consider the principles of modern food quality and safety management systems. Ensuring the accessibility of the population to information about the quality of food products at all stages of its passage to the consumer is a priority, strategic state food policy. The openness and accessibility of this information to users can be ensured through a non-financial reporting system, to which all food and processing industry enterprises must join.
