Abstract
This paper is devote to research of microwave electric field patterns behind multilayer metamaterial fishnet structures and multilayer one-dimensional arrays of apertures into near field, closely to holey surface of specimens. Microwave near field patterns of electric field amplitude showed standing waves pictures by some frequencies closely to holey metallic surfaces. May expect that these standing waves serve as the sequent of interference from different plasmon modes which emerge on holey metallic surfaces of slabs as well as into dielectric gaps between them.
