Abstract
The article presents the results of studies carried out on the 7-7a formation at the Raspadskaya mine in Kuzbass. The width of the guard column of inclined workings has been clarified by calculations. The parameters of the reference rock pressure in the stop zone of the cleaning face are determined, which is the most important factor in the further formation of the dismantling chamber by the cleaning face.
