ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ НАЙБІЛЬШ ДІЄВИХ ФОРМ НАЦІОНАЛЬНО-ПАТРІОТИЧНОГО ВИХОВАННЯ ВІЙСЬКОВОСЛУЖБОВЦІВ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ГВАРДІЇ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

Domestic and world experience convincingly proves that the combat effectiveness of state military formations directly depends on the cohesion, high spiritual potential and level of patriotic consciousness of the personnel. Patriotism is a key component. It was the high patriotism of the Ukrainian Cossacks that helped defeat the enemies during the Cossack-Hetman state, to stand up to the soldiers of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, to the soldiers of the anti-Hitler coalition to win battles during the Second World War. First of all, the patriotism of the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine and special law enforcement agencies in the modern conditions of the struggle for independence helps them to successfully fulfill their constitutional duty. The aim of the article is to study the effectiveness of the most common organizational and pedagogical forms of national-patriotic education and provide practical recommendations for their implementation in the system of work with personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine. The effectiveness and efficiency of activities with personnel depends not only on the theoretical and methodological training of organizers (leaders), their competence, motivation and personal example, but also on the interests and needs of objects of national and patriotic influence. Restrictions on the use of new forms and measures, as well as the unjustified introduction of contrived or old measures with new names, leave people indifferent to them. Study of the effectiveness of implemented in practice since 2022 classes on national-patriotic training as a subject of study and type of internal communication work in the form of lectures, interactive classes using visuals and technical means of reproducing information, conversations, information on current issues of socio-political and economic life Ukraine, is an important area of ​​further research.
