Abstract

The article discusses the modern aspects of the personnel adaptation process in the organization. It is noted that the indisputable is the fact that the higher the involvement and satisfaction of employees with the company from the first days of work in it, the better the results achieved with any scheme of organization of their activities. Recognizing that successful adaptation of employees is a key goal in achieving such interaction, the authors consider this technology from the point of view of its adaptation to the changes that have occurred in the era of digital technologies and remote forms of employment.
 The key idea of the article is to answer the question of what processes, methods and tools of adaptation can be used to achieve this goal of adapting the adaptation process itself to the challenges of today and what transformation they may be subject to.
